Do you do call-outs?

Yes! If you need support implementing our strategies or would like us to demonstrate how to use them, we will happily come and model them for you. Our goal is to help you feel confident using these strategies independently. We are more than willing to assist in embedding our techniques into your routine so that they become a regular part of your day.

How long will it take for things to improve in our family?

The timeline for improvement depends on how consistently you implement our strategies. Most families notice a positive change within three days to a week, but achieving a full transformation really depends on your children and the consistency of your approach. Every child and family is different, and life can sometimes get in the way. However, as long as you pick up the new routine and continue with your personalised plan, things will start to fall into place.

How long is a session?

We offer an initial 15-minute introductory online video call, which is designed for us to introduce ourselves. This is a chance for you to ask us questions and see if we are a good fit to support you on your parenting journey. After this, you are welcome to book a 45-minute session where we can discuss your specific needs. Your consultant will take notes to prepare a personalised plan for you, which will then be sent to your email. You are also welcome to book follow-up sessions, which are chargeable. However, short phone calls of less than 10 minutes and emails with questions are free of charge.

My child has special needs. Can you help us?

Absolutely! Our team has experience working with children with special needs and can provide a range of ideas and techniques to help you feel more confident and less overwhelmed in your day-to-day family life.

What is the cost?

All our services are tailored to each family’s unique circumstances. We take the time to understand your specific needs, which may include purchasing resources for your plan or travelling to you. This will be discussed with you beforehand and you will always receive an invoice outlining the cost details before proceeding, ensuring there are no unexpected costs.

Do you offer tutoring services, and what do they consist of?

Yes! If you live in London, you can choose between online tutoring or in-person sessions. For families living further afield we may be able to come to you, just discuss this with your consultant, for sessions abroad, sessions will be conducted online. Prices can vary depending on your location, and each session lasts for 45 minutes. We offer phonics sessions, guided reading, and writing sessions.
